Wendy Williams' The guardian just filed a lawsuit against Lifetime's parent company. That timing is questionable. Because they came out with documents about her.
My name is a girl Sabrina Morrissey — She says she's acting as temporary guardian for WWH (presumably Wendy Williams Hunter). – She just filed a lawsuit against A&E Television Networks, but she filed it privately. That means the public doesn't get a glimpse into what exactly she's running. To the court.
There are a few clues in the documents obtained by TMZ that may indicate what this is about. And all the signs are 'where Part 2 of Wendy Williams' article Saturday ends.
First, Morrisey is seeking injunctive relief. This usually means asking a judge to take some kind of action, which in these types of cases could be asking the court to block the release of documents. Considering the document's release date is only a few days away… it makes sense, although we can't know for sure if it's sealed.
Morrisey is also seeking a temporary restraining order against his actions. This is often a mechanism where someone wants a judge to step in and stop the release of a movie or TV project.
What's interesting about the documents here is that the judge actually ordered all documents to remain temporarily private. And a hearing date has been set for next week to determine whether the documents should remain in place while the case progresses.
Of course, the Wendy documents will be dismissed this weekend… and the hearing on the sealing issue will be held after the release date, but it's possible the court will rule on the merits of what Morrisey is asking for… i.e. an injunction against A&E. Relief — While documents are temporarily sealed. There has been no ruling on that matter yet.

We've reached out to Morrisey and A&E for comment. She said she hasn't heard back from her yet, but A&E has nothing to say about it.
