My favorite type of bra is the no bra. As someone with breasts that can best be described as “very medium sized,” I let them fly freely most of the time. And if that's not an option, like when you have to wear real clothes or attend a work meeting in person, you're going to get exhausted at any time. every Before I wear anything with actual cups, I have a sports bra option in my arsenal.
Comfort is key for me and my chest. Even if it means strangers in New York City eyeing my nips at the register. But when I discovered a wireless bra that everyone on the internet seemed to be raving about because it was so comfortable, I knew I had to try it. My doorman saw my breasts through my shirt several times.
The bra in question, the ThirdLove Form 360 Fit Wireless Bra ($64), is beloved for providing all the support of an underwired bra without the actual wires. Reviewers say it's “the most comfortable bra they've ever tried” (at least 10 people said so on the brand's website). But would someone who hates bras like me feel the same way? Read on to find out.

Introducing the ThirdLove Form 360 Fit Wireless Bra
This bra has all the buzz you'd expect from a bra made for comfort. It's seamless and wireless and features adjustable straps and closures so you can customize the amount of support you want.
Speaking of support, since the bra is wire-free, it gets its 'oomph' from built-in foam cups that are thick enough to hide nips, but not so formed or heavy as to give you a cone-shaped chest. The fabric is a nylon, polyester, and spandex blend (the exact composition of the material varies slightly depending on your choice of solid color, heather color, or marble pattern), and it feels like my favorite sports bra.
That's all well and good, but what really sets this bra apart from others on the market is the size. On the ThirdLove website, you can enter your band size (30-44 inches) and cup size (B-G) to calculate your perfect fit. Available in sizes XS to 3XL, with “+” and “++” sizes in between. For example, I am a 30D and wear Form 360 and ‘XS+’.
ThirdLove Form 360 Fit Wireless Bra: Honest Review
My 30D breasts have historically been different for me to shop for. This is probably why most bras I own feel like torture. (…I'm guilty of buying the closest fit I can find on the shelf, which is full of a Frankensteined collection of sizes). So when she found out that the Third Love Bra was made for women with small bands and large cups, she was thrilled at the prospect of finally owning something that would fit.
And that's right. The brand's “accurate sizing” method is no joke, so it's no longer the first time you come home and take your bra off for the first time in years. The band doesn't dig into my skin. I always thought it was a necessary side effect of wearing a bra. And there was enough support that I could bounce up and down if I wanted to without my breasts bouncing. The foam cups give my girls a nice, perky shape that looks great under their t-shirts and has the added bonus of keeping their nipples completely invisible.
I may have once been anti-bra, but the ThirdLove Form 360 Fit Wireless Bra changed my attitude toward “booby traps.” Now I guess I should stop calling them forever.
