Swift's personal trainer Kirk Myers, of gym Dogpound fame, opened up about the intense fitness routine the music star used on her Eras Tour.

“We approached training for the Eras Tour with the mindset of professional players. There was an ‘off season’ when we weren’t on tour, and an ‘in season’ when we were on tour,” Myers said.
