A transgender biological male plays Snow White's evil queen at the Wilderness Lodge at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
One family who went and photographed the characters said they paid $300 for a souvenir photo opportunity after a themed dinner at Story Book Dining in Artist Point. I was greeted by someone my father called a drag queen.
A family contacted That Park Place claiming they spent more than $300 on character encounters and dinner at Walt Disney World. However, we learned that the Evil Queen character is almost certainly a biological male. This is the first time I've heard of Disney using: pic.twitter.com/jHRt64wl4O

the father told the Disney news site. the park placeThere was news that a man would play a female character.
“While we were waiting for our desserts to arrive, we received an invitation to meet the Evil Queen, who we were really looking forward to,” the upset parent explained. We had another meet and greet with other villains and it was the best character experience we've ever had, so we had high hopes that the Evil Queen would lead the way.”
“So we all walked over to the Evil Queen area. While my kids and wife interacted with the characters, I took some video and a few photos from about 10 feet away, then handed the iPhone to a cast member to take some photos. So that I can get into the picture for me. It was a bit noisy inside, so I couldn't really hear what the characters were saying until I was face to face (a typical conversation distance of a few feet). But it occurred to me that the Evil Queen's voice was undoubtedly a man's voice. ”
When my father returned to the table, he explained to the waiter that he had complained that the Evil Queen was a man dressed as a woman.
“The waiter said he would call the manager immediately and looked embarrassed… ” The father explained. “At first I wanted to complain publicly about the Evil Queen being male and that I felt very disrespected by Disney. Because this is not something my family values and they did not give us this kind of notice. It was even a possibility.”
He explained to the manager that they were a conservative Christian family and were spending $8,000 on this trip. But the manager never once apologized.
“At one point the manager said, ‘I can assure you that it is a woman.’ She further tried to embarrass me by telling me that she was so happy that ‘she’ was taking on her role as the evil queen,” the father recalled. “For a moment I thought, ‘Oh… maybe I was wrong,’ but then I realized I was being gaslighted. I politely told the manager, 'I know what you're doing and I don't approve of the fact that you're trying to be funny and disingenuous.' So the manager doubled down and I doubled down and asked, ‘Is the Evil Queen a biological male?’ The manager’s response was, ‘Sorry sir, I can’t give you an answer.’”
It appears that the Evil Queen has been portrayed by a man for at least the last few months, as there are several videos featuring him on YouTube.
Last year, Disney faced a similar scandal when it allowed men to greet children in dresses at its Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique dress shop.
This pricey store guides children through the process of dressing up their princess costumes, and features a “magic mirror” and a salon where you can get your hair and makeup done after choosing the perfect princess dress to wear during your theme park visit.
Make-up at the boutique is only available to children ages 3 to 12.
Over the past few years, young girls and their parents have been met at the door by one of the “fairy godmothers-in-training.” Typically, the young woman helped them decide on the perfect princess makeover.
Now they seem to be meeting drag queens.
At Disney, there are men dressed as women, and at some attractions they greet children in dresses.

A video posted to Twitter in late May shows a mustachioed man wearing heavy makeup introducing himself to a child as one of the Fairy Godmother's apprentices.

In 2022, Inside the Magic reported, “Boutique cast members were previously referred to as 'Fairy Godmothers in Training,' but will now be referred to as 'Fairy Godmother's Apprentices,' according to an update on the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort websites.”
“This change is more gender inclusive and will allow cast members who do not identify as female to participate in the magical Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover,” the report added.
“This is just one of the many ways Disney is pursuing greater inclusivity. Recently, Disney removed the phrase “Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls” and changed the opening to fireworks. “As Disney cast members have also become more gender inclusive, dress codes have become less strict.”
Disney also teamed up with TikTok influencer Seann Altman, a biological male who identifies as “genderfluid,” to promote a clothing line for girls.
In the video, Altman gives a tutorial on how to dress up like Minnie Mouse.

Altman wears a red Minnie Mouse print dress, a large red bow, and a white petticoat, with her hair pulled into two high buns to simulate the child's character's ears.
“It literally looks like Minnie Mouse!” Altman declares:
