Six Flags is taking a page out of the Universal Halloween Horror Nights playbook for this year’s Fright Fest. The park chain announced that it will be bringing the popular horror franchise to its parks in 2024. The new lineup is the chain’s biggest investment and expansion yet into Fright Fest.
The two largest parks in the chain Six Flags Great Adventure and six Flags Magic Mountain, It will bring most of the new attractions to the park. This includes experience in real estate including: I saw franchise, The Conjuring, Annabelle, Nunand Trick or Treat. Also features Netflix attractions and mazes. army of the dead and stranger things (Once featured in the Halloween Horror Nights Maze)

Six Flags Magic Mountain – Fright Fest
Added to Six Flags Great Adventure: texas chainsaw massacre Offering themed experiences, Six Flags Mexico features an exclusive maze based on the best-selling DC comics series. dissaging. We don't know exactly what the other parks will get, but we do know that the mazes above will be in the mix.
Here are more details about the new Fright Fest attraction from a Six Flags press release:
- SAW Franchise – Celebrate the 20th anniversary of SAW with an all-new experience that honors the series’ horror legacy by taking guests deep into Jigsaw’s twisted mind. Guests will endure harrowing trials and come face-to-face with John Kramer’s most evil device yet before time runs out.
- The Conjuring Universe – Take a tour through Warren’s most gruesome and horrific events. This includes the events that inspired The Conjuring, Annabelle, and The Nun. If you encounter a cursed artifact in each area, you will become a target of the Conjuring.
- Strange things – Guests can engage in the hit Netflix series through this new immersive maze. Stay tuned for more details.
- army of the dead – Las Vegas has recently been shut down due to a virus outbreak, and the survivors must find a way out while fighting the undead.
- Trick or Treat – Enter the nightmare of a dark and twisted candy trail on a supernatural encounter lit by jack-o’-lanterns that taps into your deepest fears. With the infamous Halloween Spirit Sam as your guide, learn the rules of the spooky holiday and enter a world where tricks rule the treats.
- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) – Guests are “cast” as visitors to Harlow, following a group of influential people looking to revitalize the town, but their arrival leads to the revelation of a surprising and deadly secret.
- DC terminated – Based on the #1 best-selling comic book series, fans will enter the Hall of Justice to discover that the DC Universe has succumbed to Darkseid’s Anti-Life Equation! Watch as the Justice League fights to save Earth or end it themselves, more vividly than ever before. Will you be one of the few to survive the new horror of the DC Universe?
