Samosas are one of the most popular snacks in India. These triangular snacks can be filled with a variety of ingredients, including seasoned potatoes, meat, and vegetables. Recently, a viral video emerged showing an interesting paneer and cheese samosa being made in Gujarat. Selling at a price of ₹440 per kilo, these samosas are available in a square shape as opposed to the usual triangle shape. An alternative to the popular mashed potatoes, this product offers a unique twist on the classic snack. In the video, factory workers can be seen processing large quantities of paneer, which is ground evenly. Then cut the green peppers and sweet corn into smaller pieces.

Workers then season the paneer in large containers with generous amounts of cheese, chopped peppers, corn, and various spices. Once fully mixed, the paste is transferred to a machine to further refine the texture. The machine then rolls the paste into small balls before workers roll it into the dough, forming squares instead of the usual triangles. Finally, the samosas were fried to perfection and ready to be served.
