Prince Harry, who is keen to make peace with the royal family, has reportedly made the final decision on the future of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
King Charles is said to have not seen his grandchildren due to his feud with his son. Furthermore, Archie and Lilibet are not related to their cousins, the children of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The Duke of Sussex, who is waging a legal battle over the safety of himself and his family while visiting the UK, is worried about the future of his children and whether they will be able to live a better life in the UK.
Meghan Markle's estranged father Thomas Markle has said he is “saddened” by the prospect of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet being “rejected” from the royal lifestyle, while King Charles is also said to be eager to see his grandchildren.
Thomas said: “I think it’s really sad that Meghan and Harry’s children will be denied the right to know their cousins, who are such fantastic children, or to take part in events like Trooping the Colour. It’s their birthright.” New Zealand Women's Weekly.

Edwards said Harry was “not only refusing to allow the King to meet his grandchildren” but was also “refuse[ing]Archie and Lilibet to meet their cousins George, Charlotte and Louis”.
He also noted that Archie and Lilibet “now have royal titles – one is a prince and the other is a princess”, adding: “They need to behave more. Harry should take them to see the king whenever he can.”
However, Harry has revealed that Archie and Lilibet's return to the royal family is linked to their safety, as the duke believes Meghan and their children are not safe in their home country without police protection.
