Andrew's public emergence among the pack marks a reversal for the prince, who has been at the center of headlines over his links to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and allegations that he groped a woman's breast and sexually assaulted Virginia Giuffre when she was 17.
The royal family strongly denies all claims against him. The Metropolitan Police refused calls to investigate him after court documents citing the allegations were released in January.
But in 2019, he resigned from public life after giving an interview to the BBC about his friendship with Epstein, and returned his military titles and royal patronage in 2022.

There is a belief that Andrew wants to return to public life, which could be an opportunity for many leading royals who are currently unable to hold public office.
But royal expert Richard FitzWilliams said:Independent In January, she said the prince's aspirations to return to public life were “hopeless” given the ongoing embarrassment his presence poses to the British monarchy.
“Part of the problem is his attitude towards royal life and life itself – simply because his views have become so justified over the years,” he said. “There are problems in the royal family that are never resolved. “He makes the news every time he appears.”
