Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes Share sweet moments from a romantic night in Portugal.
Brittany, 28, posted a video of herself and Patrick, also 28, on a boat to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, June 26. The two wore identical white outfits, and Patrick leaned in to kiss Brittany's cheek as they enjoyed their vacation.
Before the boat ride (including a picnic), the couple enjoyed a fun day at the zoo. Patrick and Brittany have been documenting their family vacation with daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 18 months, since leaving for Europe earlier this month.
Patrick and Brittany began dating in high school and as teenagers, and have remained together throughout Patrick’s rise to NFL stardom after he was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017. The Mahomes family has taken a closer look at their dynamic on Netflix. quarterback A docuseries that aired last year.
“We met in seventh or eighth grade.” Patrick recalled. “She was a year older than me, and I was kind of a best friend, in the friend zone forever.”
Their relationship took things to the next level after Patrick gifted his now-wife a rose on Valentine's Day. Britney added, “He thought it was a joke.” “I think it’s the cutest thing in the world. Then everyone at the lunch table started yelling, ‘Kiss me, kiss me,’ and it got really awkward because we were just friends, and that was the beginning and I thought it was cute.”
Patrick and Brittany got engaged in 2020 after being together for eight years. They exchanged vows in March 2022, and fans are in love with their growing family.
“Everyone sees game day. They don't see the daily grind. They don't see how you manage being a father and a husband while playing football.” Patrick said in the Netflix series about life off the pitch: “It's football. There's going to be highs. There's going to be bad. You put so much into this, you want to win, you want to be successful, and you want to win the Super Bowl at the end of the year. But I also have to be a dad. I have to be a husband. “
Earlier this year, Patrick won his third Super Bowl with the Chiefs, and Brittany didn't hesitate to share her pride after cheering on the team in Las Vegas.
“This season has been special! This man never stopped believing in this team… through the ups and downs and all the doubters, he never once doubted this team,” she wrote via Instagram in February. “He's a true leader and team player. He's constantly asking himself what he can do better to lead this team to a Super Bowl. I've seen so much behind the scenes that I'm forever in awe of you as a person and as a football player! You deserve this as my man!!! I love you and am proud of you always and forever ❤️.”
