You've been going through this for a really long time.
One of my favorite movies is the 1982 film “The Verdict,” starring Paul Newman as Frank Galvin, a homeless lawyer who files a lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Boston.
Shockingly, after rejecting the defendant's settlement offer and deciding to take the case to trial, Galvin soon loses his best witness.
Desperate and not knowing what to do, Galvin goes to the judge's house late at night and pleads for a continuance.
The judge slowly closed the door in your face and said: “I have no sympathy for you.”
For the past few weeks, it has been me who has been judging professors and administrators at far-left universities, especially those at Ivy League universities. Their campus has turned into a literal encampment of overprivileged thugs who really believe that Israel is the bad guy in the current Middle East conflict and that Hamas, a longtime terrorist group, is the good guy.
Judging by the number of masks many of these people are wearing, they must still consider COVID-19 a threat, but their rhetorical masks have now been shed as blatant anti-Semitism is freely expressed and celebrated. Something like “Zionists don’t deserve to live,” provided by Columbia U. Gaza Solidarity Encampment leader Khymani James (who uses “he, she”). and “they” pronoun).
Meet Kaimani James, student leader of the anti-Israel Gaza Solidarity encampment at Columbia University. He says publicly, “Zionists don’t deserve to live.”
He made the remarks during a meeting with the school via livestream.

The individual also compared killing Zionists to killing Hitler and the revolutionary slave uprising in Haiti that began in the late 18th century, saying “I think in some cases it is necessary and better for the world as a whole to take someone's life.” .
He/she/they also reject a two-state solution to the Israeli/Palestinian situation. “Palestinians must receive their land back in full.”
Remember, James has said this many times before. january Without any obvious consequences. Now that the launch was complete, Columbia felt they had to do something. And he/she says she/they have now taken action. was expelled.
Of course James play the victim — This is equivalent to: lecture.
These are the same students who constantly complain about “microaggressions” and want something done. Create a “language guide” so your colleagues don’t make the “mistake” of using words that are completely harmless to the other 99%. And they blame ever-changing “whiteness” for every ill they can think of.
Recently, Harvard medical and dental students were upset that pro-Palestinian messages were removed from a 'welcome' video created for newly admitted students. One of them was an image of a watermelon, whose color is believed to be identical to that of the Palestinian flag.
Surprisingly, black students did not object to the image. Of course, if another organization had used such a symbol, it would have received protests for several days from student groups demanding expulsion.

Also, remember how much negative student press there was about Professor Amy Wax at Penn? She made the egregious mistake of mentioning the lack of black students in the top 25% of her graduating class. And the numbers snowballed.
Penn is on the verge of sanctioning Amy Wax, who DEI officials said “couldn’t be an academic if their lives depended on it.” https://t.co/6CCwhvVp82

Last week, daily pennsylvania It featured complaints filed by various members of the women's rowing team regarding allegations of racist behavior by members of the men's team. The article also includes the following warning at the top: “This article contains references to anti-black racism and racial slurs that may be disturbing or triggering to some readers. Find the resources listed at the bottom of the article.”
But what about the thoughts and feelings of Pennsylvania Jewish students? Ugh.
To the north, a group of unemployed clowns, like professors at Columbia University, signed a letter of “solidarity” with anti-Israel protesters at that school. “I want to help you bring college back to our campuses.”
In the document, they condemn Columbia's “culture of fear and intimidation” and claim that student activists are being “unwittingly suspended.” [their] Because they hold sincere moral or political views, or simply because they hold such views.”
A quick glance at their faculty pages (those who are “brave” enough to use their real names) reveals research interests such as Marxism, feminism, environmentalism, and more. It's shocking!!
Perhaps this is why the ‘best and brightest’ Ivy League students do not understand how the First Amendment actually works. To them, “freedom of expression” means being allowed to occupy/disturb/scream at anyone, anywhere, at any time. But what's funnier is when the activists' tough exterior fades faster than Joe Biden's mentality when challenged.
In the near future, perhaps their excuses may include shouting, “I’m a professor!!” If you are about to be arrested for trespassing, hindering apprehension, etc.:
Emory's Caroline Fohlin was knocked to the ground by police as she screamed, “I'm a professor!!” Listen to the disbelief in her voice. She never expected to be treated like this by her university because she protested against Israeli genocide.

This is clearly not a phenomenon limited to the Ivy family. See and hear how far-left students at Cal Poly reacted to the police's “career” move.
This might be the best video I've ever seen

To make matters worse, two of the New York University protesters admitted in interviews: I didn't even know what the hell they were protesting about.
Good luck to you, colleges! You need it. many.
