Machine Gun Kelly's blackout tattoo tells a heartbreaking story.

In the song, MGK (real name Colson Baker) admits that he got the tattoo after having a “breakdown.”
“Lately my thoughts have been eating me alive/I’m lying in bed thinking if I’m not alive the hate will finally go away,” he raps over a piano melody.
He continued, “I hope you don’t listen to me like I want you to understand just once / I had a breakdown so I tattooed it all over my body except for one line / Everything is okay.”
