Despite Harrison ButkerFollowing their beliefs, many women help keep things running smoothly for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Butker went viral after giving a controversial commencement address to the Class of 2024 at Benedictine College. While speaking to her students, the Chiefs kicker addressed the female graduates directly and suggested that they embrace the role of 'housewives'.
“Some of you may have successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world,” he told the crowd.
Although Butker has been outspoken about his stance on traditional gender roles, his team has actually hired a number of women to oversee day-to-day operations. Many women are in leadership roles with the Chiefs, including several executives and trainers who work with players every day.

Kirsten Krug
Krug is the highest-ranking woman in the Chiefs' front office. As Vice President of Administration, she oversees human resources for the club and player services department.
Lara Krug
Lara is the Chiefs' current Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing. She is the first CMO in the organization's history. Lara is responsible for brand marketing, community outreach, digital, social and website operations.
Kim Hobbs
As Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Premium Sales, Hobbs helped the Chiefs generate record results while overseeing new business, renewals, activations and services for corporate partnerships.
Jane Martin
Martin has been with the Chiefs for 20 years and is currently the team's vice president of fan experience. She is responsible for an event services team of 750 employees.
Anne Sharp
Sharf is the Chief's vice president for civic affairs and the Hunt Family Foundation. She is responsible for the team's philanthropic efforts and oversees the foundation. Sharf also helps support club ownership and team executives with civic engagement and accountability issues.

Tiffany Morton
Morton is an assistant athletic trainer and primarily works on the offensive line. In 2016, she became the first woman in Chiefs history to hold an assistant athletic training role. Once the players return to begin preparations for the upcoming season, Morton is responsible for making sure they are in peak condition during training camp.
“We’re getting everything ready for when the players hit the field, but we’re also making sure they’re weighing in to make sure they’ve lost a significant amount of weight,” Morton said. In an interview with the NFL in September 2022. “I’m also looking at the status of certain men’s urine tests to help them medically and make sure they’re okay. This was key to identifying why certain players might actually be having issues. The rest of the time is spent helping the players hydrate, nourish and recover.”
Julie Freimyer
Frymer joined the Chiefs in 2018 as the team's assistant athletic trainer and physical therapist. She was recognized as a trainer who helped her during her time on the team. patrick mahomes After the injury, he must recover in time to play in the 2023 AFC Championship.
“Julie was the reason I was there today! Everyone needs it, but she took charge all week long!!!! Now let’s get ready for the Super Bowl!!!” Mahomes tweeted in January 2023.
