AJW Group, the world's leading provider of independent aircraft parts, repair and supply chain solutions, and Lilium NV, developer of the first electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) jet, have announced a strategic collaboration for global development. The collaboration includes AJW managing Lilium's eVTOL spare parts inventory, providing unrivaled warehousing and logistics services, repair and asset management, and serving as the exclusive parts distributor for Lilium's customers worldwide. This partnership solidifies AJW's commitment to innovation and excellence in next-generation aviation and supports Lilium's commitment to best-in-class customer service.

Lilium will begin production of Lilium Jet in late 2023, following EASA's approval of the Lilium Design Organization. This demonstrates that Lilium has the organization, processes, capabilities, resources and proven rigor required to certify aircraft to the highest safety standards. As the Lilium Jet enters service and its global fleet volume grows, Lilium expects a significant profit contribution to recurring revenue from its aftermarket services business.
