meDEAS Sharing has the power to expand perspectives, change thinking, and move lives. Here are two ideas for curious minds to get involved with:
professor Nigel Nicholson About the challenge of different aspect:
“Leaders must remember the dangers of egocentric perspectives and the insight that can be gained by going beyond these perspectives and riding the mental helicopter to understand the relativity of where people’s perspectives come from. Every stakeholder has a perspective that identifies their position and a wish list for their leader. The next leader must ask, listen, watch, wait…and then think for himself.”

Donald Miller's search for meaning in life:
“Experiencing meaning requires accepting your agency and engaging with your life with intention. The point is that life feels meaningful if you structure it so that you can experience it. Our life story doesn’t work if we don’t want something, face challenges, or attempt difficult things.”
