1. Place of birth Jamnagar In India before independence
Kokilaben Ambani was born on February 24, 1934 in Jamnagar, Gujarat. At that time, India was still under British rule. It is surprising then that Kokilaben has witnessed so much change in India in the last 90 years from pre-independence to post-independence!
Jamnagar is the birthplace of Kokilaben Ambani and where her late husband Dhirubhai Ambani and their son Mukesh Ambani set up Reliance Indsutries' oil refinery. This gave Jamnagar a special place in the hearts of the Ambanis. No wonder the Ambanis chose Jamnagar for their lavish three-day pre-wedding festivities for Anant and Radhika!
2. Ambani’s inspirational heroine
Kokilaben Ambani was born in pre-independence India, when women were not encouraged to receive much education. So Kokilaben says she studied till 10th grade. According to her reports, Mercedes-Benz is her favorite car. Her late husband's favorite car was a Cadillac limousine.

Kokilaben Ambani is also known to be a great devotee of Shrinath ji. She frequently visits several religious places, including the Dwarkadhish temple in Jamnagar and Nathdwara in Rajasthan.
