According to at least one source, King Charles had pancreatic cancer, which left him with little time to live.
However, to emphasize, we cannot confirm this diagnosis.
The king's reign began in September 2022 with the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who had been on the throne longer than any other British monarch.
Charles's coronation took place eight months after this tragedy.
Meanwhile, a statement from Buckingham Palace on Friday concluded:
“As we approach the one-year anniversary of his coronation, His Majesty is deeply grateful for the many kindnesses and good wishes he has received from around the world through the joys and challenges of the past year.”

“I would like to say that I am truly grateful for the many messages of support and good wishes I have received recently.
“As anyone who has suffered from cancer knows, such warm thoughts are the greatest comfort and encouragement.
“It is equally inspiring to hear how sharing my diagnosis has helped to promote public understanding and highlight the work of all organizations supporting people with cancer and their families across the UK and the wider world.
“My lifelong respect for their tireless care and dedication has only grown as a result of my personal experience.”
