In her latest Instagram update, the Bravolebrity shared a black-and-white post of herself and Biermann along with a link to an article featuring her reaction to the drama. She also expressed her frustration with the following caption:
“I am tired of all the lies and accusations. Every day, always something new. I'm tired of so much BS being thrown my way. So you want to know ‘What Died?’ Here is the truth…
As noted, following the link led fans to an article about the situation, where she shared an exclusive statement defending the controversial post. In her words:
“So it seems like everyone around the world is talking about my post yesterday. “Let me be clear: I have never claimed or implied that Croy is dead.”

Zolciak does not believe his post was misleading.
Journalists doubled down on her innocence, sharing photos with Biermann and pointing out that there was nothing wrong with the word “#RIP.” She emphasized that the link she dropped with her update was a tribute to the late star and not her estranged husband.
“The story connected to it has nothing to do with Croy’s death.” She revealed: “This story was a tribute to the many people we have lost over the past year. And yes, my relationship was gone too, so it seemed like the perfect fit.”
Although Zolciak believed his words were not misleading, they were not, as the general public mistook the post for an announcement of Biermann's death. On that note, Bravolebrity found the confusion ridiculous, pointing out that she wouldn't announce her ex's death with such an insincere post.

She said: “People need to get serious too. Do you really think that if Kroy had died – despite all the problems we’ve had – my first instinct would be to go to my Instagram and post a picture of him and #LinkInBio with #RIP attached?”

Zolciak pointed out that people who knew her would never have believed that she was announcing Biermann's death. But that defense seemed weak, considering that one of her daughters had fallen into a misleading position.
“Anyone who knows me, including my beloved fans, knows I could not be more witty, classy and compassionate than that.” the journalist insisted, before sharing some important advice for those who misunderstand her words.
“The moral of this story is that people should learn to read and not jump to conclusions,” Zolciak emphasized. Biermann assured her fans that there was nothing wrong with her estranged husband, except for their tumultuous divorce. In her own words:
“I repeat, Croy is alive and well and not dead. I never said he was dead. That’s it.”
Zolciak's daughter condemned his misbehavior.
Following Zolciak's “#RIP” post, her daughter Ariana addressed the drama in a TikTok video, seemingly frustrated by her mother's antics. The 22-year-old took his frustrations out on his fans, saying:
“Everyone, I almost had a heart attack while using Instagram. I am physically unable to say anything.”
Ariana was so shocked that she was speechless for most of the minute-long video, repeating “What?” over and over again. As if trying to find the reason behind her mother's behavior.

Ariana Biermann loves her mother, but that post wasn't very nice.
In the video, Ariana struggles to find the words to express her feelings and asks her fans what they would do if they were in her shoes. She pointed out that her people were messaging her about the misleading posts.
Overall, the 22-year-old appeared disappointed with Zolciak's actions, saying: Let’s see what happens next week.”
Ariana, seemingly speaking to her mother, continued: “i love you. But I just… No, what the fuck?” The post prompted similar reactions from fans who criticized Zolciak for the misleading update.
