IHG Hotels & Resorts on Tuesday unveiled a new U.S. prototype of its three-suite brand, designed to allow for more rooms per hotel.
IHG said the prototype, which it said will launch in the second quarter with the first properties including new features to be revealed in 2025, “complements, not replaces, our existing options” for Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites and Atwell Suites. . name.
According to IHG, the prototype “highlights the potential for space optimization and new efficiencies while maintaining key features of the current design.”

According to IHG, the prototype allows for up to 12 new rooms in existing space and builds on the “strong performance of the brand's latest design” introduced in 2019. Other new prototypes unveiled in 2024 include Hilton Worldwide's Hampton and Choice Hotels International's Sleep Inn.
