Holland America Line announces a new collaboration with Lindt & Sprüngli, makers of LINDOR truffles and America's leading premium chocolate brand.
Holland America and Lindt, two iconic brands with a rich European heritage, are united by a passion for delivering exceptional experiences aboard Holland America's ships. As night falls on gala night (official night), guests return to their cabins for a “Sweet Dreams” turndown service featuring Lindt LINDOR milk chocolate truffles or sea salt milk chocolate truffles once per cruise.
Passengers can also enjoy Lindt chocolate desserts during the cruise, including the signature tulip-shaped Lindt chocolate mousse cake. The tulip is an enduring Dutch symbol and reflects the founding of Holland America in the Netherlands. Tulip cake is already on board. This July, to coincide with World Chocolate Day, Holland America will unveil the unique Lindt Flourless Chocolate Cake, created in collaboration with Lindt's Master Chocolatier, Ann Czaja. The cake will feature on the main dining room menu throughout the seven-day voyage and will be featured in the “Cake Me Away” program, a new onboard dessert extravaganza featuring more than 22 five-layer cakes in 16 flavors.
