America's first Vekoma family of boomerang coasters officially debuted today, marking the 2024 season at Indiana's Holiday World.
Good gravy! A car decorated as a gravy boat takes you back and forth along 720 feet of cranberry-colored track from Grandma Gracie's living room to her yard. In this Thanksgiving dinner-themed attraction, passengers pass giant cans of cranberry sauce along the way.

Because it's a boomerang, capacity will be an issue on this roller coaster as only one train runs at a time. To combat long waits on busy days, Holiday World will provide return time cards to park visitors once the queues for the 1965 Family Room-themed station building are full. To preview the good gravy! To get an idea of the experience, check out Holiday World's test run video, which includes a car full of stuffed turkeys.
The Midwest will soon debut its second Vekoma family of boomerang coasters with the opening of Snoopy's Soap Box Racers at Camp Snoopy on Kings Island, three hours northeast of Holiday World.
