Here's what's included in the Screen Time Tracker bundle:
daily tracker
This tracker is explained in detail! Track your device usage in 30-minute increments across all devices throughout the day. In each 30-minute increment, write down the number of minutes you spent on screen, or insert a checkmark to indicate that you spent an entire window on screen.
weekly tracker
For this tracker, you set a daily screen time goal (your goals may be different for weekdays and weekends, for example). Then track how much time you actually spend on screens. Did you stick to your goal?
monthly tracker
Use our monthly tracker to see your screen time for an entire month at a glance. Mark the time you spend on screen each day. There's also space to write down screen time goals, healthy screen time habits, and additional notes.

How can I use these trackers in my classroom?
Good question! You can use these trackers as part of an SEL lesson or in conjunction with a holiday like Global Day of Unplugging. You can also use it individually with students who you feel would benefit from greater awareness of their screen time. After students have used the tracker for a day, week, or month, encourage them to think about their screen usage habits and how it made them feel. Does tracking screen time make students want to spend more time on screens? why?
