“I wanted to tell you something I haven't told you yet. I went to the doctor and had a scan. They found something,” she began, saying the topic had made her “really emotional.”
“They found cysts and small tumors on my ovaries. I went to the hospital and Dr. A said I needed to have my ovaries removed. I was really emotional and you guys helped me,” she said, her voice choking up.

In his confessional, Chris said he was “very emotional” because “that's where all my children were born” and added that it was “a very sacred place to me.”
When she was talking to the group, Kourtney Kardashian — Still in the “baby bubble” after giving birth — everyone on the phone. Chris also updated Kourtney, adding, “The emotional part of it for me is just gone.”
“I totally get how my mom feels, because I feel the same way,” Courtney said in a confessional. “It's like your feminine power, and it doesn't take away from who she is and what she's experienced, but it does have a sentimental feel to it for what it's created.”
Kim added in her confessional: “Having surgery to have your ovaries removed is a huge deal. I feel so sorry for her… I can only imagine how scared she must have been going through that.”

Kendall said she was “sad” about having her ovaries removed, “but at the same time, what are we going to use them for anymore?” She added, “If they can potentially hurt you, let's get them out of there!”
Chris was optimistic about the surgery, saying that if she could get through her recent hip replacement surgery without any problems, “I’ll be able to get through this.” Her feelings were more tied to the idea that it was just another product of aging, a “sign that we’re done with this part of your life, just the end of the whole chapter.”
The family ended the conversation on a light note when Kim suggested they throw an “ovary goodbye party” and serve “ovary-shaped food.”
