Face The Nation's Margret Brennan dismantled Kristi Noem and ended any chance she had of a national political career.

Face The Nation's Margaret Brennan had Noem explicitly admit that she has never met Kim Jong-un, despite mentioning that she had met him several times in her book.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Does that mean you haven't met Kim Jong-un?
Kristi Noem: I've met countless world leaders and traveled all over the world.

Brennan also directly asked Noem if she was trying to sound tough and celebrate the murder of the dog and goat she shot.
Kristi Noem is done with being asked on Face The Nation, “How do you justify that?” “I’d like to ask you this: do you feel like you’re celebrating killing an animal?” pic.twitter.com/XS495hvs6T

The interview was a classic trainwreck and ended with Noem insisting that the book, which required multiple revisions, was full of true stories.
GOVERNOR KRISTI NOEM: And I'm very proud of this book. And what this book will bring to people. I hope they buy it. They will find many true stories.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Hmm…
GOVERNOR KRISTI NOEM: And we can talk about the example of how Donald Trump has continued to be a real person, truthful and honest with the people. And what bothers me most about politicians is when they are fake.
MARGARET BRENNAN: But if I had to retract that or part of it…
Governor KRISTI NOEM: I don't. I'm not going to retract anything.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Okay.
Governor KRISTI NOEM: I'm not going to take anything back.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Okay. Okay, Governor…
Governor CHRISTI NOEM: Absolutely. This book…
MARGARET BRENNAN: …Thank you for taking the question.
Watch the full interview:
Noem spent most of the interview complaining about Brennan, using her own words and quotes in her questions. Noem constantly complained that her interviews were unfair because she had been asked to explain her story in a book she had ghostwritten under her own name.
Kristi Noem still thinks she could be Trump's running mate, but she couldn't even defend her words. If Kristi Noem thinks her America will accept her and allow her anywhere near the White House, she is as delusional as she is potentially psychotic.
