In recent developments Virginia L. Giuffre and Ghislaine MaxwellA video transcript of Ghislaine Maxwell's testimony filmed in New York in 2016 was released Friday.
The deposition, conducted at the law firm of Boies Schiller & Flexner, included confidential information and brought to the fore important details about the allegations and legal proceedings surrounding the case.
Some key points:
- Maxwell confirmed that he began working for Epstein around 1992. Over time, her role evolved to include overseeing construction projects and hiring staff for Epstein's properties. Her active involvement diminished around 2002–2003, but she continued to assist Epstein occasionally until 2008–2009.
- Throughout his testimony, Maxwell repeatedly denied recalling any specific events or people. She claims that she has no recollection of introducing Virginia (presumably Virginia Pree) to Prince Andrew, nor does she remember Virginia staying at her London town home or accompanying her on her travels.
- The inquiry revealed a list of initials in the flight log corresponding to people on board Jeffrey Epstein's plane, including “JE” for Jeffrey Epstein, “GM” for Ghislaine Maxwell, and others. Maxwell disputes the notion that her initials, “GM”, always referred to her in her flight log.
- Maxwell was asked about how often he flew with minors, especially those as young as 17 years old. She says she would not have known the ages of the people on the plane.
- Maxwell discusses the number of planes Jeffrey Epstein owns and is unsure about the specifics of his ownership of the planes since 2002-2003.
- Maxwell was asked about using a travel agent to book flights, but the excerpts provided do not provide a clear answer.
Gateway Pundit was one of the first media organizations to obtain the documents.
In July 2022, attorneys Marc Randazza and Jay Wolman of Randazza Legal Group, along with John Burns, General Counsel of Gateway Pundit, filed a motion to become a party to the case of Guiffre v. Maxwell in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District. New York area.
As a media participant, The Gateway Pundit has asked the court to release all documents revealing the identities of clients involved in Epstein's sex trafficking case.
