At Nezasa we imagine a world where: travel. without friction. Changing the way people experience travel and putting travel providers at the forefront of this change is at the heart of our solutions. In the first part of a small blog series, I will explain in detail what Nezasa means and what we are trying to achieve.
From the beginning, even in the early days of our B2C startup, we have focused on improving the end-to-end process of planning, booking and managing personalized travel. The term we use today was to provide a better end-to-end traveler experience.
The traveler experience begins when someone is thinking about their next trip (discovery) and includes travel planning and booking as well as the entire experience until they return home and experience the trip again. This entire process should be as seamless, enjoyable, and personalized as possible.
At some point in our trip, we realized two things.
- There are many ingredients needed to provide this complete experience
- No one can do everything in the best way and make every part necessary.
The second point is an important one in our experience and one that has shaped our course and development over the years. At various points on the trip we had to figure out what to do and what not to do. We need to focus on what we do best and let others do what they can do better.
Eventually we found the perfect niche. We want to be the company that enables travel brands to deliver the perfect traveler experience. We do this by doing much of the heavy lifting behind the scenes to enable seamless journey management throughout the lifecycle.
We don't focus on providing you with the most inspiring websites and apps, nor are we experts in building CRM or accounting systems. What we want to be the best at is managing travel itineraries throughout their lifecycle and capturing as much of the enormous complexity associated with the platform as possible. Our mission is to simplify the work of people who build real traveler experiences on our platform as much as possible. It's similar to how you can easily build a great ecommerce site using Shopify.
This is our mission. In the next blog post, we'll go into more detail about what this means and how to do it.
