SUMMIT TOWNSHIP, PA (TCD) — A 45-year-old Elvis impersonator from Michigan has been charged with child sex crimes with a 16-year-old girl in Pennsylvania.
The United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania announced that on February 23, a federal grand jury indicted Matthew Chantelois on three counts related to interstate sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to the indictment, on or about October 2023 and January 2024, Chantelois is accused of “using, persuading, inducing and luring a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of visually depicting such conduct.” Additionally, Chantelois was charged with “possession and transportation of child sexual abuse material in interstate commerce.”
