This is the first video inside the federal raid on Sean “Diddy” Combs' LA mansion.
With guns drawn and laser sights trained on them, federal agents handcuffed hip-hop moguls Justin and Christian “King” Combs. The two were briefly detained after agents obtained a search warrant in connection with the alleged prostitution incident.
Diddy's ex Misa Hylton posted the video on Instagram. She claimed her agents 'terrorized' her own son, Justin, and the late Kim Porter's son, Christian, and criticized the federal government for using 'apparent military force.'
She claims they are innocent, claiming it is because they are ‘black men’.
“Extra” sat down with ABC News Legal Contributor and defense attorney Brian Buckmire to ask questions about the case.
“When federal authorities or the state serve a search warrant, the standard procedure is, for lack of a better word, to go in with guns blazing,” he said.
There is a belief that there are guns in the house or people are armed.”
Now Hylton has a powerful lawyer representing Justin, with past clients like El Chapo and John Gotti Jr.
“If you talk about the people representing John Gotti and El Chapo, they understand the power the federal government has, they understand how to negotiate, but they also understand fighting back,” Buckimire said.
The raid on Diddy's home was halted on March 25. A source told TMZ at the time: Miami and local law enforcement partners. “We will provide additional information as it becomes available.”
According to FOX 11, the raid may be related to a sex trafficking investigation. Video obtained by media outlets shows law enforcement with guns drawn at the Los Angeles property.

Afterward, in a statement obtained by “Extra,” Combs' legal team said that despite “ambushes” at Diddy's homes in Los Angeles and Miami, “Mr. Combs and his family were arrested.”
The legal team said in a statement, “There was military-level excessive force when a search warrant was executed at Mr. Combs’ home yesterday.” “There is no excuse for the excessive force and hostility shown by authorities and the way his children and staff were treated.”
“Mr. Combs has not been detained, but has communicated and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any member of his family has been arrested or their ability to travel has been restricted in any way. This unprecedented ambush was advanced and “Combined with a coordinated media presence, this leads to hasty judgments about Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in the civil lawsuit,” the statement continued.
“No criminal or civil liability has been found for these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and we will continue to fight every day to clear his name.”
