Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Austin Capital Partners today announced that Turnbridge Equities has become a joint development partner for Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin. The transaction was arranged by Doug Opalka of JLL and Jason Parker of Cobalt Equities. Thanks to Turnbridge's significant investment, the project can begin construction as planned this fall and is expected to open in late 2027.
The new Lake Austin residential community features unprecedented views, modern architecture and Lissoni-designed interiors, private waterfront access, approximately 100,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, a Michelin-starred chef, and a dedicated Four Seasons staff who will exclusively manage all properties.
