Christine Quinn and Christian Richard are officially over.
Last Friday, Richard filed for divorce after two years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Richard is asking for full legal and physical custody of their son Christian, along with visitation rights for Quinn.
Richard is also asking the judge to end spousal support.
He did not list a date of separation.
Last month, Richard was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon at his Hollywood Hills home.
“On March 19, at approximately 2 p.m., LAPD officers responded to a residence in the 17000 block of Queens Court for a domestic incident,” LAPD said in a statement obtained by Extra. At the time, the victim and the suspect were arguing. The suspect threw a bag containing glass bottles. He threw it at the victim, but missed the victim and hit a child nearby. “The child was not transported but was treated at the scene, and the suspect was arrested at the scene on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.”
Although LA police said the child was not taken to the hospital, another source told Page Six that their 2-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumontet, ended up being taken to the emergency room. They said, “Christine left the house and got into the ambulance with his son.”
Richard later disputed Quinn's claims and even filed his own restraining order against her.

While Richard denies the domestic violence charges, he is also asking the judge to enforce a “legal force field around him.”
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Richard claimed he got into an argument with Quinn over their two dogs. He said the two dogs had not broken into his home and had allegedly urinated on some of his belongings inside the home.
Richard claimed that when he approached Quinn about the incident, he saw her holding cleaning supplies in the bedroom.
He became angry and threw a trash bag containing soiled rags and paper towels at the wall, denying that the trash bag contained any glass.
In Richard's version of events, he did not throw the bag at his young son.
After the bag was thrown, Richard claims Quinn took his son into another room and the police soon showed up. Richard was arrested wearing a white bathrobe.
After the argument, it was reported that Quinn was “planning” to file for divorce, but it appears Richard did so before they could get a divorce.
