CHICAGO – Hyatt Hotels Corporation celebrated the groundbreaking of Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga, Tennessee, scheduled to open in early 2026. Developed by 3H Group Inc. under a franchise agreement with Hyatt, the hotel in Chattanooga will combine the design and comfort of a luxury hotel. This is a lifestyle hotel with the self-activating features of a select service hotel. Following the opening of its first hotel in Memphis, Tennessee in 2022, the Caption by Hyatt brand is poised to grow in more markets, both in the U.S. and internationally, this year.

Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga will be located in the downtown Southside area, known for its restaurants, cocktail bars and seasonal Chattanooga Market. The 123-room hotel will be a gathering place for visitors and locals alike, utilizing the brand's all-day food and beverage concept, Talk Shop, as a welcoming space, as well as a rooftop bar and meeting space. Customers can expect the contemporary style and self-service amenities that define the brand. Caption by Hyatt hotel offers a 24-hour market and space for working, relaxing and dining.
