Canary Technologies, a provider of hotel guest management technology, announced that it has closed a $50 million Series C funding round.
The round was led by global software investor Insight Partners, which led the company's Series B round.
Existing investors F-Prime Capital, Thayer Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Commerce Ventures participated.
This brings Canary's total funding to date to nearly $100 million, making it one of the most funded hotel technology companies globally.
Trusted by more than 20,000 hoteliers around the world, the company counts the likes of Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, and more.
“AI is changing the way we live, work and travel. Canary is leading the way in providing enterprise-grade hotel AI solutions that help hoteliers streamline operations, increase efficiency and enhance the guest experience,” said Harman Singh Narula, CEO and co-founder of Canary.
“This funding milestone reflects the team’s hard work and the significant impact Canary has on hoteliers, including the world’s largest corporate hotel brands.
“We continue to see significant demand for our products in the market and are excited to expand our partnership with our existing investors.”
“During a year that has been difficult for growth and execution in the technology ecosystem, we have seen Canary thrive and exceed its ambitious goals, which has led us to double our growth,” said Thomas Krane, Managing Director at Insight Partners.
“We continue to be impressed by the tenacity and ability of Harman, SJ and the team to deliver best-in-class solutions to hoteliers’ most needed needs and are honored to be a part of the company’s journey.”

“We are excited to leverage the funding to accelerate our ambitious roadmap while continuing to build a world-class team focused on innovation.
