The Biden campaign is reminding voters at every opportunity that Trump is a convicted felon and rapist.

For example, Biden-Harris campaign co-chair Mitch Landrieu, speaking about Trump and democracy on MSNBC's Inside with Jen Psaki, said:
There's a big idea here. America is the greatest country in history, and it is the greatest country because it was founded on the greatest idea: that we are all equal at the table of democracy. And we must defend democracy against dictatorship. We've never had a conflict between Republicans and Democrats on that idea. But for some crazy reason, the Republicans now have at their head a man who wants to overturn that idea, and he has become an isolationist to get rid of NATO. NATO is what has maintained peace over time. And indeed, if you look at Donald Trump's actions over the past few years, it is true that democracy is at risk both at home and abroad. And you've seen it again and again and again. So this election is a real decision between dictatorship and democracy.
And despite the fact that Donald Trump is now a convicted criminal. Now someone is declared a sexual abuser and the court quotes the rapist. Now there is someone who is considered a bank fraudster and a judgment is passed against him. This man continues to speak in a way that is completely, completely contradictory and disconnected from what the world knows about America and, of course, what Americans value.

The Biden campaign is drawing a contrast between President Biden and former President Trump, and part of that contrast is the personalities of both candidates, and nothing represents the contrast in personalities more strongly than reminding voters that Trump is a convicted felon. A separate civil case involved a judge deeming him a rapist.
The Biden campaign will not allow voters to forget that the man trying to destroy American democracy is a convicted criminal found in civil court to have committed crimes against women.
America's choice in this election is either Joe Biden and democracy, or a convicted rapist with dreams of turning America into a dictatorship.
