The singer filed for divorce in September 2023, but her ex-husband had to wait six months for Los Angeles Superior Court to dissolve their marriage.
They agreed to divorce in October.

TMZ reports that Ariana will cut real estate agent Dalton a check for $1.25 million.
Because there was a prenup, Dalton is not eligible for spousal support.
The former couple agreed to split the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home.

Ariana also agreed to pay up to $25,000 of Dalton's legal fees.
Last September, Ariana cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the breakdown of her marriage.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the date of separation was February 20, 2023.
Ariana and Dalton began dating in January 2020 and got married in May 2021.
During the split, Grande was linked to her 'Wicked' co-star Ethan Slater, who filed for divorce from his wife, Lily J.

Last month, Us Weekly reported that Ethan's divorce was still being worked out.
“Ethan and Ariana are very happy living together in their own home, but Ethan is hoping to end things with a divorce,” a source said at the time.
