Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference will be held on June 10, 2024
The entire conference is available online to all developers, including a special event at Apple Park on June 10th.
Cupertino, California Apple today announced that its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will be held virtually from June 10-14, 2024. Developers and students will have the opportunity to celebrate in person at a special event at Apple Park on opening day.
Free to all developers, WWDC24 highlights the latest iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and VisionOS advancements. As part of Apple's ongoing commitment to helping developers improve their apps and games, this event will provide developers with special access to Apple experts as well as insight into new tools, frameworks, and features.
“We’re excited to connect with developers around the world for a special week of technology and community at WWDC24,” said Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations. She said, “WWDC is all about sharing new ideas and providing innovative tools and resources to amazing developers to help them create even more amazing things.”
Developers and students can discover the latest Apple software and technology through keynotes and experience WWDC24 all week long on the Apple Developer app, Apple Developer website, and YouTube. This year's conference will include video sessions and opportunities to connect with Apple designers and engineers and engage with the global developer community.
WWDC24 will include a hands-on experience on June 10th that will give developers the opportunity to watch keynotes, meet Apple team members, and participate in special activities at Apple Park. Space is limited, so more information on how to register to attend can be found on the Apple Developer Site and App.
Apple is proud to support the next generation of developers through the Swift Student Challenge, one of many Apple programs designed to advance the next generation of developers, creators, and entrepreneurs. This year's applicants will be notified of their status on March 28, and the winner will be eligible to apply for an in-person experience at Apple Park. Fifty honorees, recognized for their outstanding submissions, will be invited to Cupertino for a three-day experience.
Apple will share additional conference information through the Apple Developer app and website ahead of WWDC24.
