Hunter Biden has been known as one of the most vocal in trying to convince his father not to give up on the campaign, despite his dismal performance in the first presidential debate.
According to The New York Times, many saw the meeting as an opportunity to reevaluate Biden's campaign skills, but Biden's family is urging him to keep fighting.
“One of the most powerful voices urging Mr. Biden to resist pressure to defect was his son, Hunter Biden, who the president has long sought advice from,” the Times wrote.
Yes, the president seeks advice from Hunter Biden.
They added, “Hunter Biden wants the American people to see the man they know as their father — sloppy but fact-driven — rather than the shambling, aging president they saw Thursday night.”
The Biden family has come under fire since the debate, as the president has often appeared flustered, stammering, misrepresenting facts and “opening his mouth” and losing track of his thoughts.

Why do hunters insist on continuing to compete?
Given Hunter Biden’s numerous legal problems, it’s safe to say he has a vested interest in keeping the president in power. Hunter was recently convicted of three felony gun charges and is facing another criminal trial on tax charges.
His father has publicly stated that he will not pardon his son. But that may change as his last days in office approach. But imagine: Hunter Biden is now the president’s chief counselor.
The Times reported that insiders were skeptical of speculation that Biden would drop out of the race.
They wrote that the “internal conversation” included “an ongoing discussion about how the president should move forward—not a discussion about leaving the party, but a discussion about how best to make the case that he should not leave.”
The paper described his aides' view of him as “energetic, determined and determined to keep fighting until November.”
The discussion revealed that he did not have the energy to fight for 90 minutes and that he would not be able to last until November, or for another four years.

Aides angry that debate was manipulated to make Biden look 'pale'
The White House did its best to provide excuses for why Biden looked so weak and incompetent during the debate. About 45 minutes into his contest with Trump, reports began circulating that the president had a cold.
Some media outlets have reported long-standing and credible stories about the president's stutter.
In a recent Times column, aides complain about the makeup used to prepare Biden for the debates. Yes, really.
“They were upset that Mr. Biden, who showed up for the debate in Atlanta with his tanned summer skin, was pale and made up,” the newspaper reported.
No matter how much makeup he put on, Biden didn't look presidential, much less competent.
