Tim and Jamal have been having a huge argument since Jamal suddenly showed up in last week's episode. Tim's role as a father was questioned. To Veronica's daughter Chloe. Although Chloe is not Tim's biological daughter, Tim and Veronica agree that she helped raise her. Even after the two come face to face, it's clear that there's still tension between the two in the clip.
“Jamal really upset me that night, but there’s absolutely no need to talk to Jamal about last night, especially not in front of Luisa,” he says.
But it's clear that Tim wants to win the game badly, telling Luisa, “I hate losing.” Meanwhile, Veronica tells Tim that he and Jamal need to figure things out and find a way to coexist.

“I think he’s arrogant and immature.” He said. “And I was going to say, I think [Veronica’s] … I mean, a lot of women think he's a very attractive guy, you know? I think he has some good traits for a person like that. I didn't think he was the right person for Veronica. But I think he is too immature and arrogant. And I don't hang out with people like that. I am very self-aware and self-deprecating. I said, ‘Mr. forage. I'm the best at everything.' So, that person is not my type.”
